Park Ave Plaza is a 1.2 million square foot 45 story office tower located at Park Avenue between 52nd and 53rd streets. The complex, which was originally constructed in 1981, houses many major financial institutions and features a glass atrium lobby that has undergone an extensive and beautiful lobby renovation. The glass tower with its iconic shape and glass facade was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and features over 10 corner offices per floor and expansive column free spans.
