Fisher Development’s newest project, located on North Ave, in New Rochelle NY, is a to be developed 28 story residential building located in the central business district and adjacent to the New Rochelle train station. The city of New Rochelle, in December of 2015, approved a new zoning plan covering the 274 acre downtown area which permits up to 10 million square feet of new construction and over 5500 new residential units. With it’s mulititude of transportation options, New Rochelle, is primed for an economic rebirth centered in the city’s historic downtown.
